Why Hospitality Shift?

A place to compare notes and move forward

Compare notes with peers who get it, share what’s working (and what isn’t), and leave with a couple of low-lift experiments to try next week.🗣️ Straight talk, off the record. Candid conversation with people who run hospitality.
💬 Designed for action. Quick polls → focused discussion → 1–2 try-tomorrow ideas.
🚫 Pitch-free by design. Anyone contributing to the industry is welcome—selling is not (one strike policy).

Session 1: Tech Stack or Tech Snack?

A 60-minute, pitch-free roundtable on making tech changes the way great restaurants evolve—one tool at a time.

  • 📊 Pre-poll at signup: when you last added tech, where you added it (FOH/BOH/marketing), and your top hesitation.

  • 🧩 Consolidation vs. modular: a quick “stack or snack” framework (layer vs. switch) you can use tomorrow.

  • 🤖 Automation, without the hype: where it helps (and where the human touch wins).

  • 🧪 Pick a 7-day experiment: leave with one low-lift change + a one-page checklist; we’ll email the group recap.
